Ordering from Simply Hairbows is simple, fast and secure. You can place orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Feel free to shop at your convenience. We also will be glad to offer swatches of up to 5 colors FREE. If you would like color samples please contact us via email.
Accepted Payments:
All major credit cards are accepted. Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal is a secure method of payment and a PayPal account is not needed to process your payment.
Shipping:
We ship Priority Mail or First-Class and Delivery Confirmation is included at no additional charge. Shipping charges are automatically figured during checkout.
If you are local and would prefer a local pick-up, please select the pickup option from the shipping options drop down menu and select recalcuate during the checkout process. This will omit the shipping and handling fees. Please contact us via email before selecting this option. It will only be honored through prior approval.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
$1 to $49.90 - $5.05 for Priority Shipping
$50.00 and above-$8.50
$1 to $49.90- $3.50 for First Class Shipping
$50.00 and above-$7.00
Delivery Time:
Every order is a true custom order. Due to this personalized service please allow up to 2 weeks before your order is shipped. During seasonal periods this time may be longer. You can check in at anytime to check your order status. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery of your items once shipped. Please understand that this is an estimated time of delivery by USPS and not a guarantee.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We at Simply Hairbows strive for the best in everything we do and that includes customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and let us know. Sorry we can not accept returns on items unless there is a defect. This is for the protection of the little ones. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us as soon as possible via email at Mindy@Simplyhairbows.com . We will gladly replace those items. Please take advantage of our free swatches if you have any concerns on color matching.

As with all small items, please supervise your children at all times with any of ours products, especially items made with small items. Small items have the potential to be a choking hazard and we want all our little customers to enjoy our products in a safe enviorment.
Please remove all hair items before naptime and bedtime. Please also check your items for normal wear to ensure continued safety.
